Really good Stay Near the Iconic Tower
convenient location friendly staff functional air conditioning available elevator
I found the location convenient to reach major attractions and the neighborhood felt okay all time at night. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. My room had a functional air conditioning system and a well kept elevator was always available. I appreciated the small sitting room located in the lobby that offered complimentary tea, coffee, and croissants.
The sound isolation in my room was minimal. I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms.

helpful receptionist ideal location clean atmosphere
i found this hotel really charming . the receptionist was SO helpful. He was ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the location was ideal, and i loved how close it was to many local attractions. The hotel has cleanliness and a GREAT atmosphere.
the room was VERY small. it was kinda difficult to move around with my luggage. i WISH there was more space to store my belongings and relax.

enchanting escape
famous sights comfortable bed helpful staff
i adored how close i was to the famous sights. the reception staff arranged beautiful flowers. the room had a very comfortable bed and it was super clean. stephane assisted my son with organising thoughtful gifts.
the room i had was indeed quite small. there was barely enough space to move around comfortably. this affected my overall experience, i wish the hotel had informed me of that.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room
The location was acceptable it was near the Metro.
I was not informed that the hotel was being renovated so it was dusty. Our room smelled strongly of paint and there were stains on the floor. The bathroom had a hole on the wall where an exhaust fan should have been.

the location was very convenient! i could easily access nearby restaurants and shops. it was about a ten-minute walk to the eiffel tower, great. the staff was quite informative, answering any questions i had. the check-in was smooth and efficient.
The rooms were rather small. This made it hard to move around comfortably. the bathroom was especially tiny. It was difficult to shower without feeling cramped. i found there was no place to hang towels, inconvenient after showering. Even a hand towel hook was missing.

damp room broken door
the room i was assigned on the ground floor barely had space for my bags. it felt quite damp. the bathroom door was broken. i got trapped inside for a bit. i had to leave after only one night.
